The southern Costa Blanca is famous for it’s amazing beaches. Here’s a short run down of the major towns and cities in this region.
- Alicante
- Guardamar del Segura – mostly apartments but villas do come up occasionally.
- Rojales – Very popular with hte British and there are some bargains to be had due to distressed sales.
- Orihuela Costa – which is the 10-kilometre string of resorts that run south from Torrevieja:

- Playa Flamenca
- La Zenia
- Cabo Roig
- Dehesa de Campoamor
- Los Dolses
- Villamartín.
The N-332 runs through this region and to be “on the beach” you need to be the coastal side of the N-332.
