- Your free inspection trip includes:
- Transfers to and from Airport
- 3 nights accommodation for 2 people
- Viewings of your preferred properties
- Local area tour
- Accompanied visits to lawyers, banks and notary if required
QUALIFICATIONS

- All decision makers must travel (Max 2 people)
- Inspection trips cannot be added to any other holiday or existing trip
- Inspection trips are subject to all attendees viewing properties exclusively with View Spanish Properties. Property viewings with other agents, banks or developers must be arranged by View Spanish Properties.
- Have funds in place to purchase (either cash or mortgage) and intend to purchase within the next 6 months
- Can reserve a property with 6,000 Euros
- Are aware of all purchasing costs
- A lot of time and expense is put into making your trip as productive and useful as possible. If you fail to meet the above criteria then you will forfeit the above offer and be liable for all charges.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Dates of our free trips are flexible but they must be taken between Sunday night and Friday morning. Weekend trips are available but may be chargeable.
- There is a maximum 3 night stay for a maximum of 2 people and unless offered within your accommodation package meals are not included. Additional nights or accommodation for additional guests can be arranged but will be chargeable at discounted rates.
- Flights and travel costs from your home country to Spain must be booked using your own credit card (If your flights are in excess of the offer price you will be reimbursed during your trip)
- Inspections trips cannot be added to any other existing trip or holiday.
- Inspection trips are subject to all attendees viewing properties exclusively with View Spanish Properties. Property viewings with other agents, banks or developers during your stay with us are not permitted.
